Liberating the Curriculum: Theory and Practice

5 February 2024 · Online

UCL’s Centre for the Pedagogy of Politics (CPP) hosted this 90-minute online panel on the theme of Liberating the Curriculum: Theory and Practice.

The event brought together political scientists and political theorists for a discussion on liberating and decolonising the curriculum from a variety of perspectives. It provided an opportunity to consider different approaches to diversifying Politics curricula, alongside questions about their practical application in teaching.

The panel was aimed at those with an interest in pedagogical scholarship, as well as educators looking for practical ideas and insights for their own teaching. The session also included audience Q&A.
